No. We write the initial pages based on what you tell us in the discovery call and a short questionnaire. You get one round of revisions before we go live.

Always. Every site we build is mobile-first, passes Core Web Vitals, and works on every screen size. There is no extra fee for this.

Professional design, 5 pages, mobile optimization, basic SEO setup, copywriting, stock imagery, domain connection, SSL, and launch. Additional pages are $100 each. Add-ons (e-commerce, branding, content writing) are itemized; see the calculator for an estimate.

Because we manage the entire stack: hosting, security, backups, and performance. Bundling the build cost into a recurring relationship is how we keep the setup fee low. If you would rather host the site yourself, the calculator has a "self-hosted" option that prices the standalone build (roughly 3x the hosted setup fee).

For Custom-tier clients, yes. For Launch, Grow, and Scale, we use Stripe-managed subscriptions because it keeps overhead low and prices low.

You can cancel at any time from your account. Your site stays online through the end of the billing period. After that, the site comes offline because hosting and SSL are part of the plan. If you want to keep the site after cancellation, a one-time $750 export fee covers the full file and database export plus a migration handover call so your new host can pick it up cleanly.

You do. We can register and manage the domain on your behalf, but it is registered in your name and you can take it with you any time at no charge.

You do, contractually. While the site is hosted with us, our maintenance plan covers the right to use it on our infrastructure. To take the files elsewhere we charge the $750 export fee, which covers the source code, database export, asset bundle, and a 30-minute handover call. There is no separate licensing or recurring royalty.

It depends on what fits. Most informational sites are WordPress on cloud hosting we manage. E-commerce is usually WooCommerce. We pick what makes ongoing maintenance painless and your site fast.

Yes. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, GoDaddy: we have migrated all of them. There is no separate migration fee when you sign up for a maintenance plan.

We hand you a full backup with deployment instructions on standard hosting at no charge. Your site is never locked into anything proprietary.
