Is the website really free?
The $499 design and setup fee is waived, so you pay nothing to get your site built and launched. You start the $49 per month hosting and maintenance plan once it is live, with a 12-month minimum. After that it is month to month.
Do I own my website?
Yes. The site is yours. The monthly plan covers hosting, security, backups, and changes. If you ever want to take the files and leave, we do a one-time export and handoff.
What if I want to cancel?
After the 12-month minimum you can cancel any time. The minimum term covers the free setup we did up front. Your site stays online through the current billing period.
What do I need to get started?
A short call to tell us about your services and style, your logo if you have one, and a few photos. If you do not have photos yet, we start with quality stock and swap them in later.
What if I need more than a starter site?
No problem. The alumni offer covers a professional starter site. If you want memberships, e-commerce, or custom features, we quote those as fair add-ons.
