Built like the Skin Power Academy
We’ve built course platforms for credentialing programs, fitness instructors, and trade training. The pattern is similar every time: structured lessons, a checkout that doesn’t break, a way to track who finished what, and certificates that look professional.
What you get
- Course structure with modules, lessons, and units
- Support for video (Vimeo, YouTube, or self-hosted), text, and downloadable resources
- Quizzes, assignments, and progress tracking
- Auto-generated certificates of completion in your branding
- Stripe checkout for course sales (one-time, recurring, or bundle pricing)
- Drip content to release lessons over time
- Prerequisites so students complete lessons in order
- Email automation for enrollments, reminders, and completion notices
- Admin training so you can publish new courses without us
How we approach the build
Every LMS project starts with you walking us through one full course you’ve already designed (or want to launch first). That session shapes the structure, naming, and admin flow. We don’t build a generic LMS and hope it fits. We shape it around how you actually teach.
What it costs to run
LMS sites are heavier than informational sites. They need more hosting horsepower, more careful maintenance, and ongoing support for students. That’s what the Scale or Custom maintenance tier covers.
How it works
- Plan the platform. We map your courses, lessons, students, and how you want to sell access.
- Build. We set up the course structure, student accounts, payments, and an admin, the way we did for the Skin Power Academy.
- Load a pilot. We help you load a first course and test the full student experience.
- Launch and run. Hosting, security, backups, and updates are handled monthly so your students never hit a broken lesson.
Common questions
Can students pay for courses on the site? Yes. We set up secure checkout and access control so paying students get their lessons automatically.
Can I add and edit courses myself? Yes. The admin is built so you can manage lessons, students, and content without a developer. We are there when you want help.
Is this like Teachable or Kajabi? Similar capabilities, but it is your own site and brand, with no per-student platform fee eating your margin as you grow.
Who this is for
A course platform fits educators and businesses that have training to deliver and want to own the experience and the margin. It is a good fit if you:
- Teach a skill and want to sell courses, cohorts, or certifications online
- Are tired of paying per-student fees to a hosted platform as you grow
- Need student accounts, payments, and lesson delivery that match your brand
If you are just testing whether people will pay for a course, a lightweight setup may be smarter first. We will tell you when a full platform is worth it and when it is not yet.
See it in action
The Skin Power Academy needed a real learning platform for esthetician training: student accounts, structured lessons, payments, and an admin the owners could run themselves. See the Skin Power Academy case study.
A few more questions
Can I offer free and paid courses? Yes. Mix free lessons, which are great for lead generation, with paid courses, and control who sees what.
Can students get certificates? We can build completion tracking and certificates into the flow, depending on your needs.
What happens as I add more students? Because it is your own platform, more students do not mean higher per-student fees. Hosting scales, and your monthly plan stays predictable.
