Terms of Service

By using this site or purchasing services from Oceanfront Digital Solutions, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

Website design, development, hosting, maintenance, branding, content, and related services as described on the site or in your written quote.

Payment

Setup fees are paid before work begins. Maintenance is billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel maintenance at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Ownership

You own your content and your domain. The website itself is built for your business. While the site is hosted with us under an active maintenance plan, our agreement covers the right to use it on our infrastructure. To take the files elsewhere we charge a one-time $750 site export fee, which covers the source code, database export, asset bundle, and a 30-minute migration handover call. We retain no recurring royalty or licensing claim on your site after export.

For self-hosted (standalone build) projects, we deliver the full file set at launch with no ongoing obligation in either direction.

Acceptable use

Sites we host must comply with applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend service for sites engaged in illegal activity, fraud, distribution of malware, or content that violates our hosting partners’ acceptable use policies.

Liability

We do our best to keep your site fast, secure, and online. However, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We’re not liable for indirect damages or lost revenue.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
